Merolin Caviar is distinguished by its selection from a unique region along the Amur river, which flows between Russia and China. Our Imperial gold and Imperial Osetra caviar gets selected based on taste, color and eggs size. After selecting the perfect batch of caviar, we age it for few months to develop deeper, more refined flavor. By allowing the caviar to mature, we achieve a balance and depth that sets our product apart.
Iwa Sake
Born in the heart of Shiraiwa, Toyama Prefecture, Japan, IWA is founded on the core principles of curiosity, experimentation, and innovation. Established by Richard Geoffroy, former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon, IWA reimagines sake through blending, aging, craftsmanship, and a pioneering spirit, drawing on Richard’s deep winemaking expertise. Crafted to showcase the broad versatility of sake on the table, IWA continues to redefine how sake is experienced worldwide.
