Guiding the evening on Thursday, June 11th will be Jake Burdick, Certified Sake Advisor, followed on Friday, June 12th by Daisuke Nakajima, President of Boken. Guests will explore a thoughtfully curated selection of sake showcasing some of Japan’s most distinctive yeast expressions, while discovering the rich narrative of tradition, craftsmanship, and innovation that continues to shape modern sake brewing.
