Mindful Dining with A5 Wagyu
Our omakase highlights A5 wagyu — a premium Japanese beef celebrated for its delicate marbling — alongside other nourishing ingredients such as fish, roe, egg, and milk. These rich, high-fat dishes create an exquisite and memorable culinary journey. Wealso recognize that richness can sometimes feel heavy for certain guests. To ensure you fully enjoy the experience, we encourage mindful dining:
Sip slowly: balance alcohol with water.
Stay hydrated: drink plenty of water throughout your meal.
Move lightly: a gentle walk after dining can aid digestion.
Support your body: consider digestive enzymes if helpful. (we serve a small digestif aid bite post meal and before your dessert with us)
Savor each course, listen to your body, and take care — the best way to enjoy every flavor.
